Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
